If you, acting as a consumer, place a product order, you have the right to cancel that order and get your money back. You can cancel orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet. For cancellations please reach out immediately to alice.nuslova@omphoria.eu.
If you exercise your right to cancel we will refund you all payments received from you in respect of the cancelled products. We will refund you within 14 days of the date on which you notified us of your decision to cancel the order.
You may return products to us by contacting alice.nuslova@omphoria.eu if: (a) the products are faulty or damaged; (b) any products are missing from your order; or (c) the products are not as described. You also have the right to return a product without any reason within 30 days of its receipt. In these cases, we will refund all payments received from you in respect of the cancelled products, including the costs (if any) of outbound delivery and return shipping. Please return all products to us at the address specified by us in writing.
Any refunds shall be made using the original payment method within 14 days of the earlier of the date that: (a) we receive the relevant products back from you; or (b) you provide evidence that you have returned the products to us at the correct address.
